PreSyse-Lab
The PreSyse-Lab is a flexible and precise measurement system for Massive MIMO up to the THz frequency range and consists of
- a high performance CPU/GPU computer cluster to perform simulations, control the system and equipment and perform digital signal processing of measurements
- two robots facing each other, which can position with high precision (<100µm) and traverse highly accurate and reproducible trajectories using laser trackers, while also carrying heavy measurement equipment
- measuring equipment for channel and propagation measurements up to 1.5 THz.
- and a broadband transmit and receive system for massive antenna systems (Massive MIMO) for frequencies up to 6 GHz and 60 GHz.
Research goals include Tbit/s data rates, sub-millimeter localization, high-resolution THz imaging and THz material maps, and energy-autonomous identification and localization methods.
